Red Out Day

The PE Department kicked off the 2019 annual Lomax Red Out Event. Students have the opportunity to raise money for the American Heart Association to help fight heart disease. They can donate $5 per Heart Hero animal and try to collect them all. When they collect $25 they will receive the first 5 Heart Hero animals and an AHA Red Out Event shirt. They can wear this shirt to the March 8th Red Out Event and be part of the VIP section. A $5 donation will gain them entrance to the Red Out Event to watch our very own COLT FC indoor soccer game. Please have your child bring their PE teacher donations (cash only) if they are interested in attending this event. Donations will be taken until 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 8.

Lomax will also have a Red Out memory and honor wall for those students that wish to add the name of a friend or loved one that has been affected by heart disease.

Parent Connect

You will be receiving an email from Summit Learning inviting you to login to the platform and see your student's information. Having your own Parent Connect account allows you to view your child's goals for the week, current grades, and dues dates for Focus Areas, Projects, and Concept Units.

When you receive the email from Summit Learning, you will only need to follow the link, watch the video, and create your own password for the account. If you do not receive an email, contact your child's homeroom teacher.
