Dorothy Price:" On the advise of my Dr., I started going to All Women's Fitness. I have been a member for a year now. I am healthier and happier; I have made new friends and I love the results. Member since September/2012“ It’s the Carbs.” I’d heard that description of weight gain lots of times, but had every excuse not to do it. “I can’t give up bread, are you kidding?” And so I gained that midsection I never thought I’d see. When I finally decided to do something differently, I heard those same words, “it’s the Carbs” and listened. This time I followed Tanya’s food plan and….what do you know? It worked. First thing: no more bloating, uncomfortable stomach. Second thing: the weight started to come off…slowly but steadily. Tanya was right; I just had to do it. But of course, it only works with exercise and so working out at All Women’s Fitness and using the food plan has been the perfect combination. Small groups. Light banter as we work. A warm, totally supportive environment. How Tanya remembers the details of everybody’s lives and asks about us, I will never know.
