Dear Families,

Happy JUNE and congratulations to our $50 Amazon gift card winner, the Cooper Family! We are so excited for you guys and hope you enjoy your gift! There is still a little bit of time left to sign up for Summer Advantage! The sign-up link can be accessed here. We only have 14 spots left!

We have some exciting events coming up in the next few weeks. Kindergarten and 6th grade families, please be on the look-out for graduation celebration information. We will not be holding formal graduation ceremonies this year, but we will be celebrating our students' successes! More information will be out next week.

SAVE THE DATE for FIELD DAY! We will be hosting field day on Wednesday, June 16th. It'll be a half day for students. We'll send information for your specific scholars soon!

Summer Advantage

As a reminder, we are already enrolling for our summer learning program, Summer Advantage! This program is packed full of learning experiences for your student centered around math, reading, and enrichment opportunities. The program runs from 8:00-2:30, Monday through Friday, July 6th-30th. Breakfast and lunch are provided daily. Spots are limited, and they are first-come, first-served. You can enroll today at

4th, 5th, and 6th Grade Families:

The Greater Heights Academy Board of Education has established a program of instruction for HIV/AIDS awareness in accordance with Michigan Law. You have the right to review the materials and curriculum content to be used in the HIV/AIDS awareness. If you wish to review the materials, please contact us at (810) 768-3860.

Students may be excused from this instruction without penalty. If you would like your child excused, please contact DeEtta Crane at or call (810) 768-3860.

The instruction will take place on Wednesday, June 9th at 9:00 am and will be presented virtually. Parents/guardians are welcome to attend. All 4th-6th grade scholars will have access to Ms. Crane's Blackboard course on Wednesday for attendance.
