The Preparing samoas cookie

first preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Then, mixed together room temp butter and sugar until fluffy

Now, In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

Add the milk and vanilla extract, blending until combined

Wrap it securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate them until firm, about 1 hour. Cut out as many cookies as possible with a doughnut-shaped cookie cutter.
