PRIOR TO GOAL SETTING MEETING
2. Upload your self-assessment form into Eduphoria Strive.

3. Identify areas of strength and areas of growth from the self-assessment. We will discuss these during your Goal Setting Meeting.
4. Create a continuous improvement goal and a personal goal. (These may or may not relate to the items from #3.)
Your continuous improvement goal should be correlated at least one of these:
-Your self-assessment (from #3)
-Instructional Services Goals
-Any Team Goal including those below that apply to you.
Your personal goal may be correlated to a professional aspiration or any of the continuous improvement goal items.
5. Determine the action steps (including job shadowing) you will employ to achieve your goal.
6. Enter your goals and action steps in Eduphoria Strive.

SUMMATIVE EVALUATION (JULY)
We will reflect on :
Your self assessments.
Your contributions to IS Goals and team goals.
The development activities you participated in during the year and ways in which these activities supported your growth
Your supervisor will review your progress/success for each goal and competency as determined by established goals, timelines, observations etc.
We will discuss future professional learning goals.
