Quarterly Inspections March 10 & 11

Monday and Tuesday of next week QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS will take place.

Husky village will be Monday from 9-5pm March 10th.

Campus View will be Tuesday from 9-5pm March 11th.

YMCA Dinner

March 11 from 4:45-8pm

Alejandra Perez and students from Campus View and Husky Village will be participating in the Y Dinner by the Northshore YMCA. We will be helping out preparing meals for families through the community engagement event with fellow community members from Bothell area.This will happen on March 11th, 2014 at 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Weekly MMA Training Sessions

Every Friday 5:00 PM to 6:30

Weekly training session from the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Club at UWB. Any UWB students can join regardless of their gender, age and experience in MMA. Weekly Saturday exercise session brought to you by HEROs and Residential Life - come exercise with HEROs Jee and Waseem and your fellow residents! This series of event is to create housing community where residents motivate each to stay fit, as well as focused on their academic success by building up the habit or exercising in regular basis.

Regularly, HEROs will be facilitating 30 minutes of dynamic stretch, 60 minutes of circuit training that involves various body-weight exercises, then wrap up with 30 minutes of elastic stretches.
