EAGLE TRACTS
CORNERSTONE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY
Dear Eagle Family,
Happy New Year! I would like to extend best wishes to all for a prosperous and healthy new year.
It is a great pleasure to have all staff and students back to school after a well-deserved break. Although virtual, it was an exciting end of semester/term with many exciting learning activities and initiatives.
On this note, I would like to thank all facilitators and staff for their immeasurable and selfless commitment throughout last semester’s/term's work. It was a year of diverse challenges and changes but the ‘Can Do’ spirit we saw from you was amazing as you continue to provide the best education for the students. Kudos to you!
We were also impressed with the dedication and support from our parents/guardians in driving student's achievements and success. We have realized our practice of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) evolve while adapting to new modes of learning. Our facilitators have also witnessed inquiry from a unique standpoint having students learn remotely.
We are proud of the strides made as a school community during the uncertain times of the pandemic. Our students have given us hope by the resilience they showed during lesson and the demonstration of their love for learning while we explored inquiry remotely.
It is going to be another amazing and productive new semester/term. Our skilled, enthusiastic and devoted staff are planning and preparing for our students as we anticipate a lot of engaging activities.
Thank you for your commitment and support and we look forward to a fruitful semester/term.
Sincerely,
Ms. Esther Osei-Nkansah
Vice Principal, Elementary School
