Recently, Niche recognized Mayfield High School as one of the top 12 high schools in the Cleveland area. The overall ranking is based off of several categories: Academics, Diversity, Teachers, College Prep, Clubs and Activities, and Facilities. Mayfield earned an overall grade of an A. This grade represents our hard-working students, staff, and incredible community.
Parent -Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher conferences will take place Tuesday, November 22nd (3 PM - 9:30 PM). Parents/Guardians will have the option of attending conferences virtually or in-person. Scheduling will begin October 31st at noon. A communication will be sent out soon with directions on how to schedule a conference with your child's teachers.

About Us
We are Mayfield High School, home of the Wildcats. We serve approximately 1300 students in grades 9-12 from Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, Highland Heights, and Gates Mills.
