Do you know about bobsledding history?
Bobsledding started in the 1880s. The first competition was held at Cresta Run in Switzerland with five passenger sleds. Two of the passengers were women.
There are a lot of famous bobsledders but here are three of them.
First, Codie Bascue began bobsledding in 2002 when he was eight years old! Steve Holcomb, from the U.S., won a bronze medal in Sochi, Russia in 2014. Finally, Kevin Kuske, from Germany, won a gold medal in Vancouver in 2010.
