Who started gulags?
Gulag camps were flourished under the communist dictator Joseph Stalin, who rose to absolute power in the soviet union.
What are gulags?
Gulags were a system of concentration camps to which millions of innocent people were exiled.
Where were gulags?
Mostly in Siberia and the far North but also in the European part of the soviet union.
When were gulags?
Between 1930 and 1950, succumbing to starvation, exposure, execution, and mistreatment.
Why were gulags started?
It was started because people would oppose communism and Stalin didn't like that because he didnt want anybody to over rule him since everybody was against him already.
