Extra Points : Coach Pomazak's Message

Stars Football Family -

Well, if there is one thing I am terrible at it is end-of-season goodbyes. Never have been good at it and probably never will be. No matter how late the season goes, it is always too soon. I will keep this short. This season was a leap of faith. We made some changes in the staff and in how we go about our business. The goal was to lead more authentically and stay truer to our values than ever before. I can say that the results speak for themselves. I am proud of what are Stars program accomplished at all levels. The results of last week's game will not take center stage when I think back on the many legendary performances our kids put on in the arena. They were ELITE, and that is all we ever ask of our players, coaches, and community. I hope you and your family found some joy in these past 4 months. It is always bittersweet, and I, for one do not handle it well. I will grieve for some time, but in the end, time will pass, and the memories of this group will live on in our minds for the rest of our lives. Below was my message to our kids. I hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to the coming off-season as we begin to build a new chapter in our storied program book!

All the best
