Quiet Study Zone rules in effect this week

To support students who are trying to do well with final projects and exams, we have asked all students to refrain from non-homework discussion and watching videos. Those who choose not to participate will stay in your study hall.

English I projects on display through January 15

Students in Ms. Mercer-Curtis' English I class have finished reading their Fiction Choice Books. The students created new book jackets or slide presentations for their projects, which are now on display in the LMC. We hope that one of them "sells" a book to you for winter break.

Trivia Question Answers

Mrs. Ricketts knew that Sarah Flanagan is the new director of the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library AND that our state's high school reader's choice award is named for Abraham Lincoln. Enjoy your iced coffees, Teresa!

My first-generation Kindle dozed off for the last time in October, so I'm excited about the Kindle Fire that Santa Claus dropped off last week. The first app I'm adding is the eRead Illinois Axis 360 app for FREE eBooks (adult, teen, children's) and audio books.

The downloads are free. Pick up your login info from me before you leave for break. What are you waiting for?
