A Fun Fall Break Project! Pumpkin Fun for Everyone!
Rules:
- ABSOLUTELY NO CARVED PUMPKINS! Pumpkins may be painted, hot glued, colored etc. You MAY use a foam pumpkin instead of a real pumpkin.
- Pumpkins should represent a favorite book character. On the form that will come home with your student you must write the title, character and author of the book.
- This is a home project and pumpkins should be done mostly by students.
- Pumpkins may be transported on the bus but they must fit in the student's lap and be inside a bag per the bus garage.
- Do not write your name on the pumpkin. When you bring your pumpkin and form to the library, we will record the information so that each pumpkin can be properly identified. You may bring your book to sit beside it.
- Pumpkins need to be taken home by Monday, November 5th. Any pumpkin remaining after that date will be discarded.
If you have any questions about this project please call Southside at 502-633-4460.
