First, you have to control your food portions and eat more healthy based food items. Then, you have to eat less fats and sugars, this can higher your cholesterol. To eat healthier eat more fruits and vegetables, this is a big booster to your start at healthiness.

Well, there are many ways to exercise, but you can do very simple cheap ones at your house. Try to do 10 push ups an hour daily. Sounds not like a lot but it works. Then find a gym and find some running machines like treadmills. Basically, just try to keep yourself involved and keep moving.
