BFH Falcons View

September 20 to 24, 2021

Principal's Message

Dear Falcon students and families,

I hope you are all doing well and are managing okay as we move into yet another round of provincial safety measures being implemented. As a school we are already in compliance with all of the measures the province outlined last week. We have just completed an action packed week that saw our students experiencing some of their first assessments, and we also have had all our athletic teams begin their seasons. This upcoming week sees us continuing all of what we have started, and moving forward with the starting of many of our clubs and organized groups such as the "Model UN", "S.C.O.R.E.", and the "Robotics First Tech Challenge" club. As much as possible we intend to continue with as many of the opportunities that we possibly can at Bev Facey, while still staying within the safety protocols outlined by the province. These elements are an integral part of the Facey Way, and we will control what we can control to ensure our students continue to experience them.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Ken Wlos

Weekly Schedule - September 20 to September 24, 2021

Monday - Sept. 20, 2021

-National Polling Station - will be present in our Banner Gym

  • The lower cafeteria bathrooms will be off limits to students as they are dedicated for polling station use.

  • With us being a polling station, parking will be tighter than usual so, while you may have a parking pass for the front parking lot, for one day you may need to park at SAP if there are no spaces left in student parking.

  • Because we are using the front door for the polling station we ask that you use one of our other doors to enter and exit the building on Monday to avoid congestion for the polling station.
