Semester Report Cards

This week began Semester 2. We will email parents with directions for accessing Semester 1 report cards online after next week. NWEA Map reports will be mailed home with report cards on February 3rd.

We are eager to connect with our Avoca friends and families this year through some Parent & Caregiver Ed Nights. Please take a moment to share your input through this survey to help us customize these events to topics that interest our community.

7th and 8th grade Lurie's Module 4: February 3rd

When? Friday, February 3 (final session for 2022-2023)

What? Module 3 of our Lurie's Sex Education sessions will be:

7th Grade- Reproductive Systems

8th Grade- Sexual Health: STI

If you have opted your student out of this session I will email you their alternate schedule before the 3rd.

Winter Gear Reminder

We plan to go outside everyday for recess unless it is below 15 degrees. Students should dress for the weather and bring:

Jacket
Hat
Gloves
Boots
Snow pants (optional)

If a student is not dressed appropriately for the weather we will have them remain inside.
