Chromebook Care
I've outlined a few items we all need to address so the technology lasts and works for everyone.
When using the carts be check that all Chromebooks are present and in proper numbered slot . This helps both of us keep track of Chromebooks.
It is *VERY* important to unplug the Chromebooks before removing them from the cart to avoid damage to the plug.
Check for damage on hand out; if there is any damage submit a help desk ticket (don’t just put a note on it).
When collecting the Chromebooks return them to the correct numbered slot and plug in *AFTER* in correct slot . This will minimize any chance for damage.
Please report missing Chromebooks ASAP.
Following these simple steps will make our Chromebooks happy and available for the next colleague to use them
