What is the Great Barrier Reef known for?
The Great Barrier Reef, is known for it's rich diversity of marine life, including the color full coral, the Great Barrier Reef is pretty famous, because it is one of the most well known reefs in the world, and the largest one in Australia.
Climate of Great Barrier Reef
The Great Barrier Reef has a tropical climate, the average temperature in the summer is between 24 and 33 degrees Celsius, in winter 14 to 26 degrees. Being a wet tropic climate, there are 2 seasons, the green and the dry. The green season stretches from the first of the monsoonal rains, usually in November, and ends in May.
