MESSAGE FROM YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
We eagerly welcome the warmer weather coming our way this week! The sun, fresh lawns and new growth in our backyards can be energizing and inspire hope and feelings of renewal.
Welcome Spring....we think it is finally going to stick! Learning and opportunities for engagement continue for students and staff having now found a bit more a flow and routine in our days. We know that there will still be highs and more challenging moments in our days as learners, parents and families. Be patient with each other and yourselves....we are still #inthistogether and #stayingstrong. We will continue to keep you informed of any Ministry Updates through the LDSB social media platforms. See below a workshop available for parents to support their children in the areas of Executive Functioning: organization, planning and prioritization.
- Executive Functions Webinar for Parents 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Learn about executive functions (EFs) and the role they play with academic and everyday tasks. Explore ways to identify and leverage EF strengths, and learn about strategies to help our kids improve and support areas of weakness.
