Pickup and Drop off
If you drop your student off late - after 8:20 - drop off at door #1 (by the front office). Walk your child to the building. A staff member will come out and let the child in, but the child should be escorted to Door 1 by an adult. In this instance, you would need to park your car in the parking lot and walk your child to the door. Adults will not be allowed to enter the building with the student. Do not park your car in the drop off line. Use the parking lot to park your car and use the crosswalks.
If you need to pick up a student for an appointment, call the front office at 608-478-5004 at least 20 minutes in advance to have your child called down and then meet your child at door #1. Please have your ID ready. No visitors/parents are allowed in the building.
No birthday treats this year.
There will be a bin out front for items that need to be dropped off for students - make sure these items are clearly marked and they will be delivered to students, this includes lunches, instruments, books, etc.

Dressing for cold weather
1. Heavy Jacket
2. Snowpants
2. Boots
3. Winter Hat/scarf
4. Gloves/Mittens
Due to our current situation with Covid 19, we have divided our playground into 4 sections. Two of these areas will always have snow during the winter months so we would like to keep your children warm and dry. Also, our back playground seems to be very windy so the better dressed your child is, the more fun they will have outside.
Thank you,
The Playground/Instructional Team
