Enthusiasm
Key part of Leadership By: Chris Grande
Enthusiasm
Enthusiasm is is all about showing people and your team that your there for their support. Your job is to lift people up and show good poise. For example if you make a bad play in basketball and you start pouting and not focus on what your supposed to do, you let down your team and, coach and yourself. The crowd, coach and team will feel the energy you are giving of by supporting people.

Reasoning behind the Trait
I chose this trait because it connects to me a lot and means a lot to me. I love leading my basketball teams but if I don't communicate or show ENTHUSIASM it is hard for people to listen. I am always cheering on my team and helping them out whether I'm on the court or on the bench. If a team does then they will reach their full potential and succeed. A true leader will show this every time they are doing something and in any situation.
Military Leader
They have to pave the way in terms of self control and poise. The men following them will do and react just like the man they are following. So a military leader needs to be energetic and enthusiastic.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
"Enthusiasm is the mother of effort, and without it nothing great was ever achieved."
