July Teleconference facilitated by Martha Beahm, D.Min, Ed.S.
Topic: Stress, Emotions and Attitudes: How These Impact Our Body and Our Health
When: Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 6:30 p.m.-7:15 p.m.
Place: In your pajamas, car, kitchen...wherever you prefer
Have you heard yourself or someone else make a comment about someone with “toxic energy”? Have you felt your physical health suffer when you’ve gone through significant stress or grief? What about attitudes in the workplace-how does this make a difference to your personal attitude and well-being? In this teleconference, we will explore what happens to us physically when we are dealing with both positive and negative emotions. The more we can recognize “how we are made”, the more we can make choices about how to take care of ourselves and find the balance we desire in our lives. Awareness is the first step towards making positive decisions for your health and attitudes; surrounding ourselves with positive people truly does make a difference.
Prior to the teleconference, participants will receive a PowerPoint presentation. We look forward to exploring how we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” with you!
