We did it! Have a great summer!
Washington was the backdrop for a recent news story about wrapping up digital learning. You can click HERE to watch it. There's still so much to figure out about how school will look in the fall. We will be sure to keep you updated as plans are made. Thanks to all families who participated in the district survey sent out last week. If you haven't done so, please click HERE to share your thoughts regarding online learning and returning to school in the fall.
Thanks to Mary McElwee for putting together our staff wrap-up video. We certainly wish we could have celebrated together, but hope you enjoy the virtual send off.
Every year Washington hosts a special celebration to say goodbye to the 5th grade students and their families. That celebration looked a little different this year. Thanks to Jenn Wager-Martin for creating a video version of our 5th grade promotion, which was shared with our 5th graders and their families on the last day of school. It was wonderful to see so many students, staff and families celebrate our 5th graders who have worked so hard over their years at Washington. The video captured the spirit of our promotion and was a solid reminder of how awesome these students are and how much we will miss them. You'll find a link to the 5th grade promotion video below if you'd like to watch it, along with the staff wrap-up video.
