Classroom observations at DFES are intended to be a treasure hunt...not a witch hunt. Classroom Mosaic makes finding treasures in each classroom easier.
Observers
DFES certified staff members will be observed by our school's administrative team as well as content coordinators from the district office.

Section 1- At a First Glance
The administrator can select the following:

Finally
- The school admin team will only focus on a few sections CM during each observation NOT all 12 sections.
- Unlike paper observation sheets CM allows us to email results instantaneously. You will receive an email before the observer leaves your classroom.
- A minimum of 2 reflection questions will be posed by the school admin team for each observation. Teachers are expected to respond to those question via email within a 24 hour period.
- Observations will begin following the Labor Day weekend.
