African Dwarf Frogs
Better Than Fish!
Frogs Are Superior To Fish
African Dwarf frogs are just small frogs that live just like Betta fish. They live in water, they eat pellets, you don't have to clean their tank as often as Betta fish, and they are more lively and social than Bettas.
Hide-N-Seek
ADFs like to hide under things, but they are also playful! They need places to hide, but they also need open spaces.
Singing Frogs
ADFs become good friends with their tank mates, and live best with a companion. When an ADF is lonely, they will "sing", to try and call for a mate.
Floaters
ADFs only come out of the water for air, but sometimes, when they get tired, they will float at the top of the tank to avoid having to dart to the top when they run out of air.
Fancy Food
ADFs like to have a food bowl, which can be the cap to a bottle, an upside down shell, or even just a little dish that their food pellets can land on.
Friendly Frogs
ADFs are tiny, and will often squeeze into a small space together.
Bad Eyes, Great Listeners
ADFs are friendly and love human interaction! They have bad eyesight, but they have excellent hearing and they like to listen to people talking and to music.
