Drew Morgan-Sports psychology Coach
Audience: All Student Athletes at Allegiance Academy
Focus: Drew will lead students and coaches in a 60-minute sports psychology workshop aimed to teach student-athletes ways they can reduce pressure they put on themselves by learning to overcome the 'negativity bias' (the brain's tendency to latch onto the mistakes we make), as well as learn key mental skills to thrive in pressure moments on the pitch.
