Principal's Message
I am so happy to be back at CFT this week and out of quarantine. Reconnecting with staff and students has filled me up and brightened my days. My gratitude was amplified in my absence, and coming back, even after only a week away, feels like coming home.
It also reinforced for me the importance of taking steps to stay healthy as the weather changes and cold and flu (and COVID now) season sets in. Below are a few things we can all do to help minimize the spread of winter illnesses at CFT:
- Washing hands before meals and after touching frequent contact surfaces such as bus railings, door knobs, and countertops.
- Staying home with a cough, vomiting, diarrhea or other severe symptoms of illness.
- Staying home until we are fever free without medication for 24 hours.
Our collective safety and wellness is a strong priority for all of us at CFT, and I know that working together, we will have a healthy winter.
