Students who attended Corley, Kanoheda, or Bethesda ES do not need to register/enroll. Those students have already rolled over for the upcoming school year.

It is time to have your immunization records updated for rising 6th and 7th graders. We can retrieve your updated records digitally, so no need to drop off a copy to the front office.

Update:

In addition, a reminder that two other childhood vaccinations are required for school admission: MCV4 (required for new 7th graders, with a booster for 11th graders who are 16 years old or older) and Tdap (required for rising 7th graders).

If you want to receive P-EBT benefits for 2024-2025, you must complete a lunch application for 2023-2024. After you complete the application and are approved for free or reduced lunch, you will be eligible for benefits for the 2024-2025 school year.

Parents, below you will find information on the Parent Portal, My Payments Plus, and Parent Square. Also, if you don't have a My Payments Plus account, please get one. Important information such as the Title I Plan Promise, the student handbook and other school orientation information, should be read and acknowledged using My Payments Plus. English classes will also be available this year to parents who do not speak English. Please see Dr. Harris in the Cafeteria during Open House to sign up for English Classes or to sign up for the Parent Portal or My Payments Plus.

We are excited to announce that our school district has adopted a new form of school-to-home communication called ParentSquare. This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection with your child’s school and Gwinnett County Public Schools.

ParentSquare provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, staff, and parents to receive and send information, such as:

• Weather-related closings & delays
• School and class information
• Share pictures and files
• See calendar items
• Upcoming class activities

Beginning July 18, 2023, district and school information will now be sent to your computer or phone via email and/or text via ParentSquare. For even more convenience, download the ParentSquare app (available for free for iOS and Android devices). Please note that some schools and teachers may still use other district-approved tools for the 2023-2024 school year to communicate with their families.

For Gwinnett County Public Schools families, MyPaymentsPlus is the resource for student meal accounts, and accessing options to review and pay for school activities.
