Reason 1 - Exercing Is What You Need
Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you try to do physical activities , you burn calories. The more exercise you perform the more weight you lose.
Reason 2 - Balancing yourself
Another reason why you should exercise is because you need to stay balanced with what you eat. Eating healthy and exercising more is good for your health. Not having good health can cause death.
STAY FIT
Cardio
Cardio gets rid of fat easily by doing push ups and crunches.
Yoga
Yoga helps relieve stress and lets you feel free.
Running
Running increases your stamina. & Keeps your muscles from cramping up.
BE HEALTHY

When exercising you can be very relaxed it helps relieve your body from stress . It can help take stuff off your mind and its good for you.
