What a wonderful week it has been at HT celebrating Father Hawk as he is installed as our new pastor. He was "clapped in" by our students and we celebrated with mass this week with Bishop Malesic. We look forward to what the future will bring with our new leader as we continue to grow our parish and school community.
We look ahead to next week as we celebrate "Community Week" at HT. We will be participating in a variety of service projects and special events. Please see individual teacher emails for class specific details.
Best of luck to our CYO football, volleyball as well as our junior high cross country teams who will be competing this week in Diocesan tournaments.
Go Eagles!

Active student cases: 5
Cumulative staff cases: 2 (break-through)
Active staff cases: 0
Number of students or staff in quarantine currently: 6
- In our weekly meeting with the Lorain County Health Department it was reported that cases in Lorain County are on a steady decline. In addition to this it was shared that cases in schools are directly related to the vaccination status of the surrounding community and parent vaccine status. We continue to watch trends in our classrooms and within our building. It's looking like the vaccine will be available for ages 5-11 by November 1.
- If a member of your household tests positive for Covid-19 please contact Noreen Woidke (noreen.woidke@htsavon.org) for further instructions on quarantine protocol. If a member of your household is pending test results, students and siblings must remain at home until a negative result is obtained.
- If a student in your child's grade tests positive for Covid-19, you will be notified via email just as you were last school year.
