As of May 2, employees may review the “2016 Benefits Enrollment & Reference Guide” on the homepage of the Harford County Public Schools website,, on SharePoint > HR/Benefits, as well as the Benelogic website. Dependent Verification

If you are adding any dependents to your medical or dental coverage for 2016-17 you will need to submit the dependent verification form and required documentation to the benefits office by June 20th.

Reminder to PPO Plus Participants

All employees enrolled in the CareFirst BCBS PPO Plus health plan must elect a new health plan during open enrollment, if they wish to continue health coverage through Harford County Public Schools.

GEEF will be opening the Tools for Schools Resource Center on May 23 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for teachers. Educators are invited to “shop” for free for school supplies to supplement classroom learning materials for students in need.

For the “crafty” educator, the Tools for Schools Resource Center receives donations of items such as scrapbooking materials, jewelry making materials, stencils, ribbon (lots!), holiday decorations, candles, and more. You are welcome to enjoy these products for yourself, the classroom, or to share with any of your families in need.
