Building Maintenance
1. As we approach flu season, we will be more diligent about making sure desks and tables are cleaned regularly.
2. Please remember that changing water bottles is a safety concern. Staff members should call the front office when a water jug needs to be replenished.
3. As we end Quarter 1, please take time to fill out the survey so that we can check on the status of our school building.
Coverage
This week we have:
Tues 11/13 - Mrs. Wolter will cover recesses for Mrs. Schulze
Wed 11/14 - Mrs. Wolter will cover for lunches for Mrs. Blair
If the staff has any other needs to fulfill, we will reach out, to those that might be available, while doing our best to avoid disruption to your regular schedules.
Building Checklist
November is American Indian Heritage Month
The announcements during the week of 11/12 - 11/16 and 11/26-11/30 will feature a "Did you Know?" fact. Please encourage your students to listen carefully to the announcements.
1. At the end of the week, we will pose a question based on a fact from that week.
2. On Friday morning, students will hear the question and have a chance to submit their answer in the cafeteria. Mrs. Emann has made a beautiful box for K,1,2 and Mrs. Giro has made a beautiful box for 3,4,5.
3. Both boxes will sit on the stage for students can make their guess during lunch only.
4. The winners from the primary and the intermediate boxes will be called Friday afternoon to receive a prize and the answer will be revealed.
