During your schools Senior Order Week (10/16-22), you’ll receive free shipping and get the Early Bird pricing. If ordering after Senior Order Week, shipping and handling will be added to your total. However, the fall deadline to order is December 12, 2022 and you will still receive Early Bird group pricing and guaranteed school custom announcements.

There are 2 ways to pay:

1. Pay in full at time of order with credit/debit card at www.jostens.com

2. Jostens J-PayTM Make three, four or 12 easy credit card payments (conditions apply)

Once order is paid in full, you will receive a redemption code to your email address to apply at check out. Upload your photos and design your cards at www.jostens.com. They ship direct to your home in 2-3 business weeks.

Senior swag gear will be delivered to your home approximately 2-3 business weeks after order is placed. Announcements, Cap & Gown and all remaining product will be delivered in March or April at your schools spring delivery event.

***Note: To ensure you receive the official school announcement with foil and colored paper, order before December 12, 2022. Availability will be limited after Dec. 12, 2022 and once depleted, we will be shipping a white paper, digital print version of your schools official announcement.

Jostens will refund all your items except the personalized products, photo product and pre-delivered senior gear. (Hoodies, T-shirts, Tassels & Key rings, etc.). REFUNDS WILL NOT HONORED OR ACCEPTED AFTER JUNE 15, 2023.

All students attending the commencement ceremony must wear the official school regalia (Full Cap & Gown Unit). All of our graduation packages include a Cap & Gown unit. You may order a Cap & Gown Unit separately. If you plan to use a gown from a previous year, you still need to order the year-dated tassel and class stole.
