Attendance information
Cornerstone Elementary recognizes the value and importance of school attendance and encourages regular attendance to help our students be successful through the school year. Please email the attendance office within five days of the student’s recorded absence explaining the reason for the absence or the absence will be marked as unexcused. You may send an email to AttendanceCSE@Fortbendisd.com. For any attendance questions please contact Debbie Lobo - 281-634-6404.
Lunch Visitors
At this time, we are able to have 4-6 students at each lunch have one or two guests join them for lunch.
Since space is limited, we ask that parents share the opportunity to visit as we will not be able to host every parent, every day. We strongly encourage parents to sign up only one time per week if space allows.
Sign Up Genius for Lunch Visitors
CSE asks that families sign up no more than one time a week to allow all interested families the opportunity to join their student for lunch.
Please remember to bring a photo id with you to campus as this is required to be signed in to campus as a visitor.
District Diversity Calendar & Days of Fasting
Fort Bend ISD is happy to serve a community with families from all around the world. We are proud to be culturally diverse and celebrate our unique traits as a community of compassionate citizens.
We recognize that fasting practices occur throughout the calendar year, but that many observances in which individuals fast occur in the spring. As a school community we are sensitive to and accommodate students and staff observers who express they are fasting.

If your family would like the campus to be aware of your student's wish to fast, please send an email to your child's classroom teacher so that we can be aware of any needs that may occur during an observance. Our partnership with our school community is important to us and we thank our families for their communication with the campus regarding special occasions and observances that may impact the instructional day.
April 5th Whole Child Health Spring Mental & Behavioral Health Fair @ Marshall High School
In collaboration with the School Health Advisory Council (SHAC), the district will host a wellness fair on April 5th at Marshall High School from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm to provide students, staff, and their families with information and resources to support their mental and behavioral health needs. All FBISD students, families and staff are invited. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from three guest speakers who will provide information and resources for families with students experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges. Following the speaker presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with various local mental and behavioral health vendors.
