IMPORTANT: For any students in danger of receiving "No Credit"
We discussed this in ILT, and it will be a topic of discussion in your Pride Meetings. If you have any students that you believe are in danger of receiving a "no credit" grade at the end of this semester, you must do the following by May 15th:
- Teachers should email this notification to parents and students (please see common language that is linked below). This can be done individually or using blind carbon copy.
- Teachers should also BCC or CC an admin - this can all go to you as the principal or could be delegated to assistant principals to keep records.
- This notification must be sent out by next Friday, May 15th.
If you have any questions or need anything, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Temporary Grading Policy
During Roosevelt Virtual School, teachers will continue to provide feedback on student performance and mastery of content and skills. Grades will be recorded as they were during the regular school year as a means of providing feedback to parents and students. At the end of the semester, teachers will take into consideration all work completed in the second semester from January to June, as well as each student’s individual circumstances, to determine whether credit or no credit has been earned.

UCSD Survey- PLEASE COMPLETE
Please fill out the Annual UCSD Survey. Our goal is 70% completion, and we are still at about 45% complete for certificated staff and 32% for classified. Results of the survey are used by the board and district to assess needs for funding and for support, so it really helps if we hit our target percentage goal. Thank you for your help!
