The qualifications applicable for this post are as followed. It requires a minimum first degree in any discipline, member of any HR Professional Body like CIPMN, CIPD, HRCI, SHRM, and proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office suites. The work experience of 5 years minimum in human resources advisory and skilled in resolving employee or industrial relations issues are applicable.
