Spanish 2 - Summer 17
I am excited to be teaching Spanish 2 this summer. I have been teaching with NCVPS for 7 years and love working with students online. Our Spanish 2 course starts on Monday, 6/19. All students should have received their login information from their schools.
Students should work daily in the course at least 3 hours a day. The main goal is to finish assignments each week by the due date. If a student is going to be out of town or at a camp, they will need to work ahead.
I am available to help students and answer any questions that they might have. All students have my cell phone number. My # is 336-497-1520.

Parent Observer
As a parent or school you are able to observe your student in the course. The link is below on how to sign up. You will need your students login and password. This is a great way to check on grades and progress. I grade daily in the course Monday - Friday. I try and grade on the weekends as well. But, there will be 3 weekends this summer that I will not be able to grade.
I encourage you to sit down at least once a week with your student to check their grades and their average.

Required Live Class (RLC)
Students will have to attend 6 RLCs (Required Live Classes) this summer: GS (Getting Started), U1 (Unit 1), U2/3 (Units 2 and 3), U4/5 (Units 4 and 5), U6/7 (Units 6 and 7), and U8/FE (Unit 8 and Final Exam preparation). There are a variety of times and days to choose from, but you need to pay attention to the Required Live Class calendar and plan ahead to attend! This week, you must attend 2 RLCs - Getting Started (GS) AND U1 (Unit 1). Choose a day/time for each and get it on your calendar ASAP!
