Quoi de neuf à EPK?
Semaine du 21 au 25 octobre, 2019
Tomorrow is our National Election. Every vote counts!
A word from the Principal
What a relief! We were finally able to access our brand new parking lot! The drop off and pick up of students has been going pretty smoothly. Following my observations this week, I would like to ask that you kindly drive forward into the drop off area as the line up moves ahead. This will help ensure the safety of the students and promote a better flow of the traffic. Also, please try to drive in a single line and be mindful of students, parents or staff are walking through the crosswalk.
Thank you for paying attention to the flow of students getting off the buses in the morning or heading towards the buses at the end of the day. We will continue to have a supervisor at this crosswalk to direct and stop traffic to ensure everyone's safety.
Our Lost and Found area is quite full. Many jackets, gloves, toques have been found as well as running shoes and even ballet, jazz and tap shoes! Please take a minute to see if anything belongs to your child during your next visit!
We often have the pleasure to see parents and grandparents helping out in the school. Some are reading with children, looming or preparing material for teachers. Your help and support are so appreciated! Many thanks to all those who find time to help out!
Have a blessed week everyone,
Mme Lafrance

Loose Parts Play
Our Loose Parts play program is finally up and running. Thank you for your donations for the program. The most popular items thus far seem to be the large boxes, tarps and tires for the older students. And all of the cooking utensils, pots, pans and bowls are a huge hit for the younger students. I've included a few pictures of the grade 4 students being creative with the loose parts. Please feel free to send any large boxes or cardboard that you may have at home.
Thank you!
Enjoy!
