@ the job
As a car dealer you will be doing 1 or more of three things. The first thing as a car dealer you will be doing is going to any automobile auction with a given amount of money and start bidding on certain cars you need. The second thing as a car dealer is taking all the new incoming cars to safety checks at any maintenance shop if your dealership doesn't have one already. The third part is actually selling the cars to customers who are interested in a car. You and that customer will be negotiating a price to find a compromise.
What education do you need?
To become a car dealer, you don't need any sort of education besides your high school diploma, but if you want to go to university for this, its recommended that you take business or finance.
the only documentation you need is your vendors licence and if you are shipping cars internationally you will need a international business licence. for these documents you can look for how to apply for one at http://www1.toronto.ca/wps/portal/contentonly?vgnextoid=90168fb738780410VgnVCM10000071d60f89RCRD
