Laura Ingalls Wilder
Laura Ingalls Wilder was born on February 7, 1867 in Pear Wisconsin. Almanzo and Laura Wilder had a baby named Rose. Rose payed some workers to make a house called Rocky Ridge for Laura & Almanzo, but Laura & Almanzo only lived in it for a week. Laura’s husband Almanzo died at the of 92. Laura died at the age of 90 just three days after her birthday.
What did she do
Laura wrote a lot of books to tell about her past. Laura started writing books like little house on the prairie when she was only 63! Laura’s family moved to kansas in 1870 so they could get more land to farm crops.
Impact on the world
Laura wrote books to tell people about the past,and to tell them about what it was like to live in the old days.
Should we be more like them
We should try to be like her because she was a very kind and she helped whenever it was needed. Laura was a good role model to young girls. Last Laura helped people with her writing like how to farm good crops.
