Frosty Fun Dance--Friday, January 27th PreK-5th grade. FREE EVENT!

We are having a dance on Friday to kick off Catholic Schools Week.

When: Friday, January 27th

Where: School gym

Times: PreK through 2nd grade: 5:00-5:50 pm, Grades 3-5 6:00-7:00 pm

Gala Update----Volunteers Needed

Wednesday, February 8: 2:00-3:30 pm Setting up the gym for our big night. (putting tablecloths on tables, decorations, place settings, silent auction, etc.) We chose this time since most families pick up their child at 2:10 pm. Please consider staying to help set up.


Saturday, February 11 Clean up Crew

The gala is over and we struggle getting people to help with take down. We need to clear tables, put decorations away, and take down table and chairs. We really need help from 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Gala--Live Auction Items

We are thrilled to auction off 7 days, 6 nights at a beautiful cabin up north on Rabbit Lake.


The cabin features a large deck and hot tub that overlooks the lake and a lawn perfect for yard games. Four bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with a king, and one with three twins) provide comfortable rest for the whole group. The upper bedrooms have balcony decks, one lakeside and the other overlooking our forested front yard, they are perfect for relaxing with a friend—or just a book and cup of coffee. Enjoy time relaxing by the fire or hot tub!

Extreme Faith Camp-Grades 6-8

Extreme Faith Camp 2023 is coming! Any and all 6th-8th graders are invited to join us this June 26th-30th for Extreme Faith Camp! EFC is our annual Catholic summer camp focused on having kids grow in their personal relationship with Christ. This year we'll be heading to Camp Victory just outside Rochester for awesome games, amazing talks, ropes courses, 9 square, archery tag, laser tag, river tubing, Wacky Olympics, Mass, Confession, Adoration, and so much more! It's the best week all summer!

Aim Higher Scholarship Application Open---2023-2024 School Year

Families must apply each year to qualify for the Aim Higher scholarship.

2. Begin filling in the application.

3. Near the end, add your child(ren)'s name when it asks if you'd like to be considered for the Aim Higher Foundation scholarship(s).

4. Submit the application.


Timeline:

February 22 Application closes

March 22 Scholarships awarded and parents notified

October Student's enrollment verified by school

Do you want to volunteer in the classroom? Parents must complete the Essential 3

The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis requires the Essential 3 for volunteers who work with students in Catholic schools or parishes. All employees must also complete the Essential 3. ****Cell phones do not work well for Essential 3 and you will receive an error message. Please use a computer.


You may complete all three requirements online at www.virtusonline.org
1. Log in to create your account and watch the Virtus awareness session online. Every 3 years, a new video will be assigned to your account.
2. Successfully complete a background check.
3. Sign a Code of Conduct.

****The Archdiocese requires all volunteers to renew the Essential 3 requirements every 3 years. You will receive an email message when your account is up for renewal.
