Message From Alaina- Our SIS Specialist!

Welcome to FACTS, your new Student Information System!

First, thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition to this new system. We have been working hard to get the new system up and running at OLLV. Due to the transition, tuition and fees have to be entered manually and we appreciate your patience during this process.

Second, please log in to FACTS and verify your demographics. Please make any corrections necessary so that we can be sure you are receiving all of the important information.

Also, please verify your tuition rate, if your rate is incorrect, please send an email to asviderskis@ollv.org with your student's name, parent email address, and the correction requested.

The remaining fees such as Harvest Festival and Walk-a-Thon will also be paid through FACTS and will be entered into the system soon. Before and After Care will also be charged through FACTS and will have a new sign-in and sign-out procedure. We will be sharing more information about that process shortly.

Again, thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.

Please send any questions or concerns regarding FACTS to Alaina at asviderskis@ollv.org.

What class is my child in?

Once the FACTS process has been completed, students will be uploaded into their classes which will be posted on the Family Portal the week of August 9th.

COVID-19 Updates

As the safety of our faculty and students is our number one priority there are many factors being considered while determining protocols and procedures for the next school year. Covid-19 protocols and procedures (Masks, Recess, Cohorts, etc.) are still being determined by the Restoration Council for the next school year. Once these protocols have been determined, they will be communicated promptly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
