Ojibwe Winter

Catherine Nguyen

In the winter, the Ojibwe did some activities that were made for this freezing season!

  • Hunted and cooked meals for their families
  • Wove fishing nets.

  • During the cold season, the Ojibwe stayed in winter villages.

I think winter is a season for the Ojibwe to get together and work hard with one another to hunt, cook meals, weave fishing nets, and just be with their families!
