Social Emotional Well Being Survey!
It seems everywhere we go someone is asking for us to take a survey. Why? Because it lets schools know what we (families) need. Schools have learned to ask us what we need instead of trying to figure out what we need.
I am asking you, as the parent/guardian/family with a student at Explorer to fill out this survey.
I filled out the staff member version. It took a few minutes and I was pleased with the questions asked.
Your responses will be anonymous. The information collected will help our school and me support our families and students. The more surveys filled out, the more accurate the information will be.
I appreciate your time. Let me know your thoughts of the questions. If any question feels too personal, please feel free to skip it.
All students will participate in a student version of the survey during Eagles' Landing on Monday, Oct. 18th.

I am working on setting up trainings. If you are interested in learning more and helping us brainstorm ideas on how we (school and Natural Leaders) can work together to support families, please join our Zoom meeting.

If your Explorer student is interested in participating in one of those sports, or any of the sports that Explorer offers later in the year (basketball, volleyball, wrestling, soccer, and cross country), there are a few things that you’ll need to do first.
You’ll need to make sure that you sign up for each on FinalForms. You will also need to make sure that you have a physical on file with Explorer that has been completed within the last two years. Please get your child’s physicals completed and turned into the office as soon as possible.
