Meeting the School Counselor

My name is Mrs. Tiphanie Bohi (Bow-Hi) and I'm happy and excited to be welcoming you back to school for the 2015-2016 school year! A little of background about me...
I grew up in Oregon and after graduating high school I came to MidAmerica Nazarene University to play both softball and volleyball. I graduated in 2004, and I haven't left since! I received my bachelors degree in Business/Psychology and went right back to graduate school for my masters in counseling. I have 3 beautiful children, Brayden, 8, Kaylee, 6, and Joshua, 4. I went back to school to get my masters in school counseling, after staying home and working part-time at KU Medical Center for 6 years. In my spare time I enjoy doing Jazzercise, running half-marathons, coaching my daughters softball team, being outside watching my son race dirt-bikes, and spending time with my family and friends! I can't wait to meet each and every student this coming year and getting to know YOU better!

How Can I Help?

I work full-time at PTMS, and I am here ultimately to support the parents, students, and staff however I can. I believe in open communication and always stand by my "open-door" policy. I can be reached at the school, via e-mail, or by mail. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions, suggestions, or simply to talk. You and your student are very important to me, so please stop by and get to know me :)
