the RAH
January 27-31, 2020
from Mike & J-
If you were with us a few years back, you may recall Shane and I brought in Joe Sanfelippo. One of the highlights stressed included taking charge of our narrative - telling our school's story. We have great and varied platforms in doing so, and I'm excited how our district's communication department, under the leadership of Stephen Hall, has increased the presence in telling the district story. From just this past week, here are stories that went out to our community:
News from SPS.org
- Governor Parson shares message of leadership during All Pro Dad breakfast at Harrison Elementary
- Faces of SPS: Meet Don Clark, assistant director of transportation
- Board names new early childhood center after Adah Fulbright
- New fine arts academy will open in August
- Academy of Exploration turns thinkers into designers
- Board extends contract of superintendent through 2022-2023
- Faces of SPS: Meet Colin Carson, second-grader at Sunshine Elementary
- Free meals available for qualifying students
SPS in the News

Thank you for taking a moment to reflect on what is happening, and getting the word out to your school and our collective community about the way SPS is changing lives and providing opportunities.
