District News from Dr. McGee

Dr. McGee and Dr. Chan-Remka visited both our schools last week and were quite pleased with all the great things happening.

Eureka math Lead Teachers (K-8) will meet with Jenny and Judi Keeley after the first of the year to plan professional development for next year.

The District Social Studies Curriculum Teams have been created and meetings will be scheduled after January 1st. Jenny will send out more information on the logistics as well as who is on the committee.

Infinite Visions Financial Software will be rolled out in January with new payroll system and Staff Portal. All requisitions will be done electronically beginning in February.

Cox will be wiring for the phone system beginning this week. The wiring should be completed by December 29th. The go-live for phones will be scheduled by building after January 1st.

Crystal Apple Nominees Wanted

Thanks to Horace Mann we will be awarding crystal apples twice this year to staff who have been nominated by their fellow peers. All nominations are due before Christmas break.
