Andrew Jackson is a zero because of the "Trail of Tears" when he moved the Cherokee Indians from their home land to a reserved land in Oklahoma. During that time tons of Indians lives were lost during the harsh weather, where some didn't have shoes or blankets.

National Bank

The national back was created by George Washington and Alexander Hamilton in 1791.In 1833 Jackson announced that the government would not have a second national bank. President Andrew Jackson used executive power to remove federal funds, which eventually shut down the second nation back. During this, Congress thought Jackson had abused the presidential power.

Indian Removal Act

The Indian Removal Act was signed by Andrew Jackson on May 28,1830. The Removal Act would give land west of the Mississippi in exchange to Indian land within state boarders. Many Indian went peacefully, but during the winter of 1838-1839 more then 4000 Cherokees died on the journey which is called "The Trail Of Tears"
