Acheivements
In 1930, Amy decided she wanted to be the first woman to fly solo from England to Australia. She also wanted to break Bert Hinklers record for the fight of 16 days.She got financial help from her father, a man that had many charitable causes and liked to help set speed record.

On January 5,1941 While flying an airspeed Oxford for the ATA, She went of course in adverse weather conditions, Reportedly out of fuel she crashed into the Thames Estuary. Sadly, Her body was never found.
