Dear Swan Valley Families,
I am excited to welcome you back to school in 2022! With the beginning of a new year, there is hope and opportunity, and I am optimistically looking forward to what 2022 year will bring!

There is an Open House on Monday, January 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. If you have not yet received your Skyward notification of your invitation, please follow this link for details: https://bit.ly/3G34X3W.
With increased family meetings over the holidays, we have experienced a lot more students falling ill. Please make sure not to come to school if you have had a temperature in the last 24 hours or are showing flu-like symptoms.
This is a new year. Let’s make it the best one yet!

After-School Program- Freeland SportZone
My name is Alexis Nickel and I oversee the After-School Program at the Freeland SportsZone. I'm looking for any students who would be interested in working a few days a week after school at the FSZ.
You would be working with kiddos in grades Y5-5th grade alongside adults in the classroom. It would include helping students with their homework, engaging in activities, and preparing snacks. They would be scheduled from 3:45pm to 6:00pm.
If you would be interested, please contact me @ sacoordinator@freeland-sportszone.com The pay is currently minimum wage and opportunities to increase pay and we ask that they are at least 16 years old.

Attention any Swan Valley High School students looking for community service hours.
The Swan Valley Athletic Department is looking for responsible and dependable student volunteers to help work the indoor concession stands and ticket tables for Swan Valley's home basketball games this winter season.

Covenant HealthCare Volunteer Services is now accepting applications for High School Students to participate in volunteer service at the hospital. Students will have the opportunity to serve in the Emergency Care Center, Outpatient Surgery and as Wayfinders/Greeters.
